This policy describes how INTRAPOL s.r.o. processes personal data of visitors to intrapol.cz in line with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Czech Act 110/2019 Coll.

We process data (name, e-mail, phone, inquiry description) exclusively for:
- Handling the inquiry and customer communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract / pre-contractual measures).
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c), e.g. accounting and tax).
- Legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f)) — anonymised analytics only.
3. Retention period
Inquiry data is retained for the time necessary to handle your request, no longer than 5 years. Tax documents are retained for the statutory period (typically 10 years).
4. Data recipients
We do not share data with third parties except for processors that help us run the site and deliver e-mails:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA — EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Resend, Inc. (transactional e-mail delivery, USA — SCC).
- Accounting firm (under a data processing agreement, EU).
